Weight loss should be taken as a long term program as the body takes time to lose weight in a natural way. The commercially available diet pills can provide quick weight loss but they are not good for your body and often deprive you of the energy that you need. They might provide short term gains for fat loss but they are lacking in essential vitamins and minerals that are vital for good health. Your weekly weight loss target should be no more than two pounds which may disappoint you but will be safer for you.
